We want to spread the word and also get your ideas to help us plan future events!

The Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team is a group of health professionals working together with 9 family doctors and 4 nurse practitioners (check out the FAQ section to see if your health provider is part of the team). We have offices in Drayton, Palmerston, Clifford, and Harriston and offer programs and workshops to help you live your healthiest life.

These programs and workshops are run by registered health care providers including: dietitians, exercise specialists, nurses, pharmacist, and social workers. Some of these programs are offered just to our patients but others are open to all community members.
